Marketing Tutorial
Some organisations seek outside help and then expect to have a task performed for them, time after time after time.  Others seek outside help in order to be taught how to perform a function themselves, probably requiring some direct assistance the first few times they try, until they are competent enough to be allowed to "fly solo".

Whichever choice you make, our Marketing Tutorial can be applied as either a "Project" or an extended "Programme".  Both if you wish!

Marketing can be defined as the entire process of gaining and keeping customers who pay you, so you make a profit.  This is an extremely broad definition, principally because everything that is not directly Finance or Operations, is correctly attributable to Marketing.

When you know your market, know the right reasons and then do everything for a right reason, your success is more likely.  Maybe we should call it a Market Tutorial!
