David Winch is opposed to SPAM and actively encourages business owners to be aware of, understand and comply with anti-spam regulations.

Where purchases are made by the submission of credit, debit or charge card details, our records of these details are destroyed as soon as the transaction for which they were supplied has been successfully completed.

We provide free e-mail bulletins to those who sign up for them. We also provide free e-mail updates regarding the products and services that we provide.

In addition, those making on-line or off-line purchases, or requesting invoices will be sent one further e-mail asking if they wish to continue receiving bulletins and updates.

These bulletins and updates are only sent to people who have chosen to continue to receive them, and can be opted-out of at any time. David Winch does not in any circumstances share or sell his e-mail lists to third parties.

Each broadcast e-mail that you receive from us has simple instructions on how to unsubscribe from our
e-mail list.
