- It's much more difficult to sell a list than an individual item
- People buy what they want, not what they need, let alone what you tell them they need
- Prospective customers have no interest whatever in you or what you do. They are only interested in themselves and what they can get
out of what you do
If, as I contend, Marketing is the entire process of getting and keeping customers who pay you so you make a profit, businesses cannot afford to
overlook Marketing or ever stop learning more about how to do it better.
