Practical Help to Grow Your Business

Financial Profits
On the assumption that you won't need help to shrink your financial profits, let me once again state that there are only five ways to grow them.

If you can't persuade more people to buy more from you more often you have to focus on the other two methods.

To enable customers to buy more from you, you have to have 'more' available for them to buy!  And we are talking here of what they 'want' to buy, not what you can tell them they 'need' to buy!  So firstly you'll need to find out what 'more' means to your target market.

Then you have to make a decision.  Will you, indeed can you, supply this 'more'?  Or do you need to form a strategic alliance partnership with another business who can supply this 'more', whilst in return the things that you are supplying already, become the 'more' for the customers of the partner business.

And the fourth and fifth ways?  Put your prices up and spend your money more wisely.  Almost certainly people will bear an increase in prices, and this will not be the first thing that would stop them buying from you.  Then consider every outlay carefully, in value terms, where value isn't purely about money.
