Negotiation Skills
Many deals require good negotiation, and to get the best outcome possible requires skilful negotiation, and negotiation skills are not difficult to learn.
We're all highly experienced negotiators too, although we may not realise it! We have all developed the negotiation skills for getting
what we want.
Some people are said to be good negotiators, others tough negotiators. There are several fundamental rules that apply to every negotiation
and anyone can learn them and, by practising them, once again become a confident negotiator. Negotiation skills in one field are generally transferable
to any other. Even the novelists have to study the subject in order to write about it convincingly.
No, it's not about being bloody minded, or obstinate, or petulant, or downright obstructive! But if these techniques are seen to work, we
can't blame people for continuing to use them. Better of course to study my tips for negotiating and negotiating is something everyone looks forward to.
And of course it's perfectly possible to haggle at your local supermarket - If you know how to negotiate!
